Dielectrophoresis 2026 will be in person but there is an option to attend the conference virtually. Registration includes access to all sessions, breakfast, lunch, opening reception, and coffee breaks. Banquet tickets are an additional price cost.
The Dielectrophoresis Society has agreed to support travel grants! Application details will be released in the near future.

Accommodation
On-campus accommodations will be available to all attendees. You can stay in single or double occupancy rooms at Kurz Hall (link to Kurz Hall information, including "Single" and "Double" room layouts). Rates range from $150 to $250 (total) for the duration of your stay depending on what you select. Linens are included (blanket, twin fitted sheets, twin flat sheet, bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). There is a shared bathroom for two adjacent rooms. On-campus parking is $6 per day and is valid for Kurz Hall parking (Yellow Lot) and conference parking (Green Lot).

On-campus accommodation deadline is May 15. Parking pass deadline is June 4.
Conference Hotel: Homewood Suites by Hilton (Louisville, Airport) has a limited number of rooms reserved for us at the rate of $159 (plus applicable taxes and fees) until May 24. Both 1 King Bed Studio and 2 Queen Beds Studio are available (until our allotment is sold out). The hotel is located between campus and the airport. It is 1.1 miles from Churchill Downs and 1.2 miles from the conference site.
Other Hotels: Refer to the DEP2026 Google Map for locations of other hotels. There are many cost-effective accommodations near the airport. Downtown hotels are convenient to visit local restaurants, distilleries, and other activities.

University of Louisville: The University of Louisville is a metropolitan university, located less than 3 miles south of downtown Louisville.
Airport: The local airport is Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF). The airport is less than 5 miles to the University of Louisville campus and approximately 7 miles to downtown Louisville.
Local Transit: Public transport is not as established at Louisville compared to larger urban cities. It is recommended that you utilize ride-share (Uber, Lyft, etc.) for automobile transportation. Most of these rideshare trips will be less than a few miles.
Parking: Parking is available at the University of Louisville. Prices and details for on-campus parking will be posted here when that information becomes available.
