Schedule

The DEP2026 schedule is available!
An informal reception will occur at the conclusion of the first day with heavy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.
The conference banquet (separate purchase ticket required) will occur on the second evening. Attendees will be picked up from the conference venue and transported (via school bus) to Churchill Downs. We will have a private suite overlooking the paddock and race track during live horseracing (Twilight Thursdays).

The banquet will be in Churchill Downs' Silks Balcony & Loge overlooking the recently-renovated paddock. There is a separate private suite overlooking the race track. Live racing will occur during Twilight Thursdays. More information about the venue here.
